Other benefit recipients

PRE-RETIREMENT DEATH

If you die before your pension starts, a refund of your contributions may be payable from the Plan. These funds are not always automatically payable to your spouse or children. If you want to ensure your spouse or children receive these funds you must name them as an other benefit recipient by checking the appropriate box. If you have not named an other benefit recipient, we will pay any refund to your estate.
