Your termination options if
the divestment provisions don't apply

• you terminate your employment with your employer who contributes to the OPSEU Pension Plan but do not become an employee of the new employer, or
• you are transferred to a new employer that does not provide a registered pension plan, or
• you do not become a member of the new employer’s pension plan.

In these cases, you will have access to one or more termination options, depending on your individual circumstances.
