- All Ministries and Schedule I and IV Agencies of the Government of
Ontario employing OPSEU members.
- Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario (OPSEU members)
- Liquor Control Board of Ontario (members represented by OLBEU)
- Niagara Parks Commission (OPSEU members)
- New Democratic Party Caucus (OPSEU members)
- Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OPSEU members at certain
locations)
- Ontario Pension Board (OPSEU members)
- Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (OPSEU members)
- OPSEU Pension Trust
- Workers’ Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (OPSEU members)
Membership in the Plan has also been grandfathered for divested members
employed by the following organizations.
- Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (OPSEU members formerly
employed by the Addiction Research Foundation or the Queen Street Mental
Health Centre)
- Employees of the St. Joseph’s Health Care Group (OPSEU members
formerly employed by the Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital)
