when a pensioner dies?

Contacting OPTrust

If an OPTrust pensioner dies after the pension has started, the family or other authorized person should notify OPTrust immediately. We need to know:

• the date of the death
• if there is a surviving spouse or eligible children
• who is handling the estate along with his/her name, address and phone number.
