The content of the Employer Manual is subject to change. As well as posting new
sections as they are developed, periodic updates and revisions may affect
individual sections or the manual as a whole. Revisions may be required to
reflect changes in pension legislation, the Plan’s provisions or OPTrust’s
administrative policies and procedures.
We therefore recommend that you use the online version of the manual available
on OPTrust’s Web site every time you refer to the manual. While it may sometimes
be helpful for you to print certain sections of the manual, it is important to

of the manual. If you do choose to print sections of the manual, please check

that you destroy printed versions of OPTrust’s previous Pension Administration
Manual. Should you retain previous versions for historical reference, please
note that much of the manual content has been revised for the online Employer
Manual and/or may be revised in future versions.
