OPTrust has two divisions, each of which are accountable
for their operations to the Board of Trustees.
The Administration Division, headed by OPTrust’s Chief Administrative Officer and Plan Manager, is
responsible for administering the OPSEU Pension Plan, including providing
pension service and communications to members, pensioners and participating
employers and ensuring its financial security.
The Investment Division, headed by OPTrust’s Chief Investment Officer, is
responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Plan’s investment
policies and overseeing the performance of OPTrust’s investment portfolio and
our external investment managers.
