The Buyback Deduction Files section will only be accessible to those users that
are assigned the Data Supplier role. If you do not see the Buyback Deduction
Files link on the left-side navigation then you do not have the applicable role.
The Buyback Deduction Files section only applies to Ontario Public Service (OPS)
and broader public sector employers that are part of the CORPAY payroll system.
OPTrust administers the buyback deductions for these employers. Any employer
that does not use the CORPAY system will not require access into this area of
the SES.
When OPTrust uploads a buyback deduction file, all Data Suppliers for that
organization will be sent an email notification of the event. The Data Supplier
will then be required to login to the SES and download the buyback deduction
file. Once the file has been successfully downloaded, all data suppliers for the
organization and OPTrust will receive an email notification.

Note: Buyback Deduction Folders. There may be more than one buyback
deduction folder. OPTrust manages all buyback deduction files and folders. Users
of the SES cannot delete files from the folders.
