Account Management
All SES user accounts are created and managed by OPTrust.

Important! If an employer user is changing roles, changing employers or terminating his or her position, OPTrust should be notified immediately so that account modifications can be processed.


Types of Accounts
There are four external user roles available for users of the SES:
  1. The Benefit Coordinator role allows the user to send and receive secure messages.
  2. The Payroll Manager role allows the user to send and receive secure messages as well as view reports.
  3. The Data Supplier role allows the user to send and receive data files as well as secure messages.
  4. The Secure Messaging role allows the user to send and receive messages for associated organizations.

Password
All users will be assigned a temporary password with their initial account setup. This password is only valid for a 14 day period. Once this password is changed to a new password it will not expire, however the user does have the option to change it.
