What happens to your pension when you leave your job? Promoted to management or excluded position Eligible to retire? Grow-in Rights As of July 2, 2012 members who are terminated without cause can "grow into" and start an early unreduced pension on the date he or she would have been eligible for Factor 90 or 60/20.
