you and your family can use this booklet
This booklet is geared to the member who is planning to retire
within a few years
and for OPSEU Pension Trust retirees who are receiving a pension
from the Plan.
If you are eligible for or planning to collect a
pension within the next five years,
the first half of the booklet will guide you through the decisions
you will need to
make and the processes that occur while you are still a member.
For people who
are receiving a pension, the second half of the booklet explains
integration with
the Canada Pension Plan at age 65, factors to consider when planning
for your
survivors and matters of interest to pensioners.
This booklet includes the provisions of the Plan as of January
2005.
